Every wedding is different, and we believe your entertainment should be too. At West Coast Entertainments, we offer flexible wedding entertainment packages designed around you, your guests and the kind of celebration you want to create.
Whether you’re planning an all-day celebration, looking for entertainment from the afternoon onwards, or simply want a fantastic evening reception, we can tailor a package to suit your plans.
Our experienced, friendly and outgoing entertainers know how to get a party started – and keep it going right through to the last dance. We’ll work with your favourite songs, must-plays and any “definitely do NOT play that!” choices, while using our experience to read the room and keep the dance floor moving. And of course, your guests are welcome to make requests throughout the evening too. From your first dance to your final song, the soundtrack to your wedding is yours. More Than Just an Evening Disco Want to make more of the day? We can provide entertainment throughout your wedding, with packages tailored to your timings and venue. You can also add live entertainment from vocalist Sam Davidson, giving you the option of live music alongside your disco entertainment. And if you’re looking for food too, ask us about West Coast Catering and the catering options available for weddings and celebrations. You’re equally welcome to use your own caterers, singers or other suppliers – we’re always happy to work alongside other professionals to help your day run smoothly. Planning Your Wedding With Us Every wedding booking includes a pre-wedding meeting a few weeks before your big day. We’ll go through timings, music, your first dance, special requests and anything else you’d like us to know. Already have the whole playlist planned? Brilliant. Haven’t got a clue what songs you want yet? That’s absolutely fine too! We have years of experience and can help with ideas and suggestions. Professional & Experienced West Coast Entertainments is a family-run husband and wife team, supported by our now-adult children who started working alongside us in their teenage years. With over 20 years’ experience in entertainment, we know that weddings aren’t one-size-fits-all. Full Day Package
Starting after your ceremony, We supply music to accompany your Wedding breakfast, covering any announcements needs, and the speeches, and working seamlessly into the evening event
Ceremony Package
An add-on to the full day, providing music for your arrival at the ceremony, walking out, and the signing of the register. A small discreet set up can be supplied as extra if the ceremony is in a different room to the function.
Evening / afternoon Reception
Cutting the cake, First dance then straight into the party. A night / afternoon of floor fillers from every genre, tailored to keep you and your guests up dancing, requests are taken from the guests during the event, aiming to provide an varied mix of music, with something for everyone.
Live Singer
As a family business, we have our own professional vocalist, Sam Davidson, who is experienced at all things wedding, including singing down the Aisle. a set during the evening, or during the wedding breakfast can be added to your package, for more information and videos, see the Live music page.
Party games
Bride and Groom, treasure hunt, Photo challenge, plus lots more can be added onto your package, for adult fun or childrens entertinment, or maybe a bit of both....
Karaoke
We don't supply karaoke as standard to our wedding packages, but its available to add on if desired. On these occasions, karaoke would only be avaialble for part of the night, to allow us to get the dance floor flowing again.
